Noble College of Education came into existence in 2006 and is providing course of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) .
This college is managed by Blue Moon Scientific and technical education Society Head office Ram Nagar Mandi (H.P).

College is situated on the bank of Beas River and on NH-21 (Kullu, Mandi, Highway) Near Army Transit camp Pandoh Mandi (H.P) in the lap of Nature.
